INKA Entworks is looking for an Account Executive to join us in our India office, Mahape, Navi Mumbai.The Account Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support, bookkeeping, and accounting services for the company. The Account Executive will oversee the day-to-day financial and business operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you will do
  • Basic accounting Knowledge. Excellent knowledge of using Google Drive, MS Word, and MS Excel. Basic knowledge of Tally & Tally Prime.
  • Maintain and organize all files physically and via Google Drive, such as sales contracts, MOU, SOW, agreements, etc. Keep track of office documents sent and received.
  • Check all the invoices received from Vendors and send the approval to the management through the accounting software Oracle.
  • Manage and upload vendor invoices on the accounting software for a smooth payment process. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Keeping a track and follow-ups with the finance team regarding the vendor payment and reports sharing reports with stakeholders.
  • Taking care of all office administrative jobs such as maintenance like Water, Electricity, Internet, Telephone, fire extinguisher, etc. and ensuring their serviceability and AMC.
  • Keep track of orders placed for office supplies and review the purchases made at the end of every month. Communicate with vendors and suppliers for office-related services and supplies.
  • To procure and maintain a proper record of office equipment, fixed assets and company assets issued and ensure accountability. Issue of IT accessories and stationery to the employees and maintain proper records eg:- Like mobile phones (New & Refurbished), Keyboard, Mouse, Pen drives, Hard disks, Data cables, etc.
  • Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to plan the travel itineraries and make arrangements for booking flights and accommodations as per the company’s travel policy.
  • Coordinate with the VISA agents to understand the requirements and assist employees in submitting proper documents for VISA applications.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with the medical insurance vendor and get the best renewal quotations.
It must be you if you had

• Proficiency in English.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree related to accounting/finance or equivalent work experience
• Experience using tally preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and be a team player.
