Issue of IT accessories and stationery to the employees and maintain proper records eg:- Like mobile phones (New & Refurbished), Keyboard, Mouse, Pen drives, Hard disks, Data cables, etc.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to plan the travel itineraries and make arrangements for booking flights and accommodations as per the company’s travel policy.
- Coordinate with the VISA agents to understand the requirements and assist employees in submitting proper documents for VISA applications.
- Coordinate and negotiate with the medical insurance vendor and get the best renewal quotations.
