INKA Entworks is looking for a Product Owner – Multi-DRM Service to join us remotely in United States.

Role Overview: We seek an experienced and passionate Product Owner to join our team in the US region. This individual will take ownership of our multi-DRM service and its product modules, working closely with global teams to drive product innovation, roadmap execution, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, tech-savvy, and possess a strong understanding of OTT platforms, Transcoding, CDN, content security, and DRM technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the multi-DRM service and its modules.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and marketing, to align product goals with company objectives.

• Customer & Market Insights:

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer insights in the US region, ensuring product enhancements meet market demands.

• Product Development:

  • Work closely with the South Korea-based development team to define feature requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as the bridge between the technical team and US-based stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.

  • Provide regular updates on product progress, challenges, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.

• Go-to-Market Execution:

  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new features and modules.

  • Support customer onboarding and provide product expertise to the sales team during client engagements.

  • Deliver a speech at the webinar hosted jointly with a partner or an industry event.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or Engineering).

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or video streaming industry.

• Experience working with global teams and managing cross-regional projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of multi-DRM technologies (e.g., Widevine, FairPlay, PlayReady) and their application in OTT platforms.

• Understanding of industry standards and API specifications related with video streaming and security, such as DASH, HLS, CMAF, EME, CPIX/SPEKE.

• Knowledge of cloud computing and containerization technologies such as docker and Kubernetes.
