Job Description
We are looking for an Accounting Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, hardworking, dependable, a fast learner and knows how to have fun while working in a fast-

This is a full-time position, functional reporting directly to the CFO located in headquarters.
What you will do
- Responsibilities
• Perform the full set of periodic account closing (AR, AP, GL, FA, Treasury, etc.)
• General accounting duties such as taxation such as TDS, GST, Income Tax etc., bank reconciliation, provisions, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliation, etc.
• Managing the Accounts Receivables and collections, Review of Debtors Aging and ensuring the follow up of outstanding invoices.
• Account Payables. New vendor creation, entering invoices, and payment run.
• Check and review vendor vouchers, employee expenses with eligible payment evidence.
• Implement company-wide accounting policies and procedures, company Policies and internal financial controls.
• Analyze the operational and functional costs and provide financial information to the management team.
• Manage day to day accounting activities.
• Ad-hoc accounting duties assigned.
• Support and prepare all necessary documents needed for external and internal audits.
• Co-coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Accountants and CS.
• Deal with bank, CA and accountant for day to day Operations.
• Prepare budget and report company’s results and weekly and monthly variance analysis against budget.
• Analyze business issues and problems, conduct benchmarking study and trend analysis, and assist the critical decision-making process.
• Build performance and revenue reporting models and assist in the preparation of spending forecasts and business metrics reports.
• Perform tax planning and ensure timely assessment and filing of direct tax returns in compliance with various enactments for clients.
• Independently handle matters like T.D.S and various other direct tax matters.
• Ensure that adequate controls are in place and complied with in the revenue and cost processes to ensure achievement of financial objectives.
• Prepare MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance.
• Intercompany transactions with group companies.
• Handling India payroll.
It must be you if you had
• Proficiency in English.
• 5 to 9 years of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree related to accounting/finance or equivalent work experience
• Experience using Oracle JDE preferred
• Experience in working for an international company and multicultural environment.
• Experience with the workings of the statutory and tax requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and be a team player.
