Inside Sales Specialist- PallyCon Team

Job Description

Inside Sales position at INKA Entworks is part of PallyCon’s Sales Team and supports the team by performing various complex administrative activities with the aim of achieving the planned sales goal.

What you will do
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Maintaining database (Freshworks, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Working on MRL/SRL or qualified opportunities with the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Generating revenue through renewing maintenance and support/subscription contracts with existing customers
  • Supporting Sales executives in their daily business activities
  • Assisting Sales Team with processing quotes, purchase orders, legal agreements, records updating
  • Organization and assistance during internal Sales Team meetings
  • Resolve order issues with Order Management, Legal, Finance Departments
  • Contacting customers/prospects by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
  • Updating and maintaining information in CRM related to Sales Team activities
  • Working in cooperation with Sales Operations, Order Processing, Legal and Finance department personnel to streamline and facilitate the lead to cash process, meet deadlines
  • Following the company policies and procedures in order to meet the target, objectives and work efficiency
  • Follow Inside Sales Admin process defined by the Manager to harmonize processes and activities within the PallyCon Inside Sales Teams

Completing other administrative duties as assigned to support the business.

  • 1-3 years experience in the technical software/electronics industry, with an interest in emerging technologies
  • College degree in business-related studies
  • Ability to work in a complex, virtual team environment crossing geographic boundaries
  • Comfortable making warm/cold calls and talking to new people
  • Ability to achieve goals without constant supervision
  • English language at business level
  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
    Excellent customer-facing skills in-person and over the phone.
